Spectrum Information Services provides web enabled document access and management through the familiar interface of your browser. Using our web services, you can securely access relevant documents and records anytime and anywhere.
To access your scanned documents and electronic records, you enter an IP address (like a web phone number - such as 209.80.4.5), a domain name (www.YourCompany.com) or access your account directly from our website (www.SpectrumInformation.com). You are prompted for a Username and Password. If necessary, we can also provide even more secure forms of access utilizing encrypted certificates and even biometric authentication and authorization protocols.
Once you are approved for access, our custom designed or standard user interface guides you to the digital records you are retrieving. You can view the electronic document, print it (if authorized to do so) and / or even store it on your local computer - again, if you are authorized to do so.
Using our web services, you can enjoy the benefits of a "managed" document management system without having to invest in your own hardware, software, training and ongoing support costs.
